WonderTale House
Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the WonderTale House website (wondertalehouse.com). The website is operated by Soumya Consultants, a sole proprietorship based in India, which publishes children’s storybooks under the WonderTale House name (“we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
About this website
The website is a place to discover WonderTale House storybooks, characters and story collections, and to find out where our books can be bought. It is meant for parents, grandparents, teachers and other adults who read with children. Children should use it with a grown-up.
Using the website
You are welcome to browse the website and to share links to its pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not:
- try to access parts of the website that are not meant for the public, or interfere with how it works or with its security;
- copy the website’s content in bulk, including by automated means, or use it to build another product or service;
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
Buying books
We do not sell books, take orders or accept payments on this website, and we do not offer downloads, delivery or refunds here. Where a book is available, the book page links to Amazon. If you buy it, you buy it on Amazon, and the purchase is governed by Amazon’s terms and those of the seller of that item. Prices, availability, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are handled by Amazon and may change at any time. We do not receive your payment or order details. Questions about an order should go to Amazon.
Our purchase links are ordinary links and do not carry affiliate or tracking codes. We do not show prices on this website; the price is the one shown on Amazon when you buy.
Upcoming books
Books marked “Coming soon” are still being prepared and cannot be bought yet. A purchase link is added only once a book is available on Amazon. Titles, descriptions, artwork and dates may change, and we cannot promise that a planned book will be published.
Copyright and AI-assisted publishing
Our publishing names and contributors
WonderTale House publishes its books under creative publishing identities, including Merin Harper, Jeni Gopi and Pris Tiamo. These are names for our publishing work. They do not represent independent human authors.
Some of our books also credit members of our team who review and edit our stories and artwork. They are real people, not AI personas. We do not publish, and do not share on request, the personal details of anyone who works on our books.
How our books and artwork are made
We use artificial-intelligence (AI) tools to create our books and the artwork on this website. AI tools produce the first drafts of our stories and some or all of the illustrations in each book, including covers.
Our team then reviews, selects, arranges, edits and modifies this material where needed before publication. The amount of human creative work varies from one book and image to another, and some artwork is used substantially as it was generated.
Copyright and other rights
The stories, characters, illustrations, text, logos and design on this website may be protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Where such rights exist, they belong to Soumya Consultants or to the other rights holders concerned. Story text and illustrations remain the copyright of their respective rights holders. Our typefaces (Fraunces and Nunito Sans) are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Permission to use material produced by an AI tool commercially is not the same as copyright protection. Material generated by AI tools may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and similar material may have been generated by the same tools for other people. We do not assume that copyright exists, or who owns it, simply because a person generated, edited or published AI-generated material: that depends on the human creative contribution and on the law of each country. We aim to use AI tools and licensed design resources in line with their terms and to respect the rights of others.
Using our material
Nothing on this website gives you a licence to use this material. You may share links to our pages and quote briefly from our books for reviews, teaching or commentary as the law allows, with credit to WonderTale House. For anything else, including reproducing illustrations, characters or text, making merchandise or adaptations, or using our material to train AI systems, please ask us first in writing.
If you have a concern
If you believe something on this website or in one of our books uses your work or rights without permission, please write to us with the details: what it is, where it appears and why you believe it is yours. We will look into it and, where appropriate, remove or change the material.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information about our books and may contain occasional errors or become out of date. Reading suggestions such as age ranges are a guide only.
Availability of the website
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, for example for maintenance, without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors.
Messages and unsolicited submissions
We do not accept unsolicited manuscripts, story ideas, artwork or other creative material. If you send them anyway, we will not review them, we may delete them, and sending them does not create any obligation or relationship between you and us. When you write to us, please do not include sensitive personal information.
Links to other websites
Links to Amazon and other websites are provided for convenience. Those websites are run by others, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
Our responsibility to you
The website is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including your rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory right you may have to bring a claim in the courts where you live. Before starting any formal claim, please write to us so that we can try to resolve the matter.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example before we offer any new service on the website. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and the version published here applies from that date.
